Supply Chain Manager – GCC Region

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager for the GCC will lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar. You will ensure business continuity, operational excellence and uninterrupted product supply while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the local S&OP process in line with regional and global frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Global Supply Chain.
• Develop consensus forecasts, manage inventory levels and drive forecast accuracy.
• Plan and execute replenishment and import activities based on approved forecasts and inventory policies.
• Oversee import coordination, order management, shipment handling, customer service and ERP transactions for all GCC markets.
• Manage financial reconciliation, invoice controls, purchase orders and SOX‑compliant supply chain processes.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, customs brokers, logistics providers and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Global Trade Compliance, customs regulations, GDP standards and internal SOPs.
• Support tender management and represent supply chain in affiliate leadership discussions.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Required profile

• Resilient, hands‑on professional with strong influencing and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience working in a matrixed, fast‑paced environment across multiple GCC countries.
• Proven track record in supply chain leadership, logistics and customer service improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to align regional and global stakeholders.
