About the role
The Supply Planning Executive will ensure a steady flow of new drivers onto the Zofeur platform, forecasting demand and coordinating supply actions. You will work closely with sales, marketing and operations to meet projected driver needs while maintaining the brand’s premium reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day supply operations to meet projected demand.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing and finance teams for smooth workflows.
- Ensure smooth mobility of chauffeurs on the platform.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
- Onboard new vendors and manage supply contracts.
- Analyze metrics and take actions for supply planning.
- Plan retention activities to maintain supply health.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years experience in supply or fleet management within ride‑hailing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to multitask.
- Hands‑on data analysis and market research capability.
