Support Services Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Lead and oversee the company's Support Services functions, ensuring operational efficiency, timely service delivery, cost optimisation, asset protection and regulatory compliance across administration, procurement, fleet, maintenance, weapons and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and monitor all Support Services departments to achieve their operational objectives.
• Manage procurement activities, supplier performance and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure fleet availability, proper utilisation, maintenance, licensing and cost control.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment and vehicles.
• Control custody, inventory and regulatory compliance of weapons and ammunition.
• Supervise warehouse operations, stock availability, inventory accuracy and asset control.
• Coordinate administrative services to support branches, projects and internal customers.
• Prepare and monitor Support Services budgets, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, audit requirements and applicable regulations.
• Establish departmental KPIs, track performance and report risks, issues and results to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple support or operational functions, budgets, suppliers and contracts.
• Experience in security companies or multi‑site/project environments is preferred.
