System Engineer

About the role

The System Engineer will ensure that all installed systems and infrastructure operate in line with company guidelines and standard operating procedures. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to maintain high availability.
• Define customer needs and translate them into functional specifications during the service development cycle.
• Coordinate testing and evaluation activities across various teams to support design and implementation.
• Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Implement warranty and support activities and provide technical direction to IT support staff.
• Plan and execute system automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Oversee development of customized software and hardware requirements.
• Collaborate with professionals to ensure high‑quality deliverables that comply with organizational policies.
• Apply work‑process optimization, risk management, and quality‑control methods to meet stakeholder requirements.
