About the role

We are looking for experienced HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and help them integrate the solution into their recruitment workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform fits into existing hiring processes and support new users during onboarding.
• Collect and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral, with additional bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule with no fixed quotas.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring workflows.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
