About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Talent Acquisition & Case Management Specialist to oversee candidate talent pools, drive matching operations, and support specialized candidate cohorts. In this role you will align job seekers’ profiles with suitable career opportunities and manage end‑to‑end recruitment pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and manage candidate talent pools to enable efficient job matching.
- Handle candidate cases, including priority groups, matching skills with open vacancies.
- Provide continuous updates, operational reports, and status tracking for recruitment and placement workflows.
- Address placement challenges and ensure a seamless matching process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Case Management.
- Strong screening, matching, and candidate communication abilities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or workforce data management.
