Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team in Saudi Arabia. The role is open to Saudi nationals and is part of the HRDF Tamheer Program. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in day‑to‑day recruitment activities.
• Source and screen candidates according to job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare recruitment reports and trackers.
• Provide recruitment support to multiple business units.
• Contribute to improving candidate experience and employer brand.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Saudi national, eligible for HRDF Tamheer Program.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
