This confidential professional services organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its growing recruitment function in Riyadh. The role is focused on coordination and administration, ensuring that candidate information, interview logistics, and documentation are managed efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including candidate scheduling, documentation, and process coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, compliance files, and internal reports.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates, consultants, and hiring stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with job posting, candidate screening coordination, application tracking, and follow‑up activities.
• Support onboarding administration and ensure required documents are collected and recorded correctly.
• Help improve recruitment administration, reporting, and candidate management standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national with previous experience in recruitment administration, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Confident written and spoken English, with professional communication style.
• Reliable, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
