About the role
We are a leading retailer in Riyadh looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and offers the chance to develop a career in talent acquisition within a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare recruitment reports and support onboarding activities.
- Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities and candidate coordination.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related area.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English (must have).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
