Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our HR team. The role will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our culture and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals to build a diverse talent pool.
• Conduct screenings, interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on best hiring practices.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Translation, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition (preferred).
• Advanced level of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
