Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers, enhances employer branding, and ensures a smooth, efficient hiring process that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Forecast future talent requirements in collaboration with business leaders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, setting performance goals and KPIs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment for key and executive positions, ensuring inclusive and legally compliant hiring.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Promote the employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
• Drive a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Optimize use of the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment analytics and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing and HR best practices.
• Experience with ATS platforms and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
