Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Innova Pharmacy is seeking a full‑time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Riyadh team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for pharmacy, corporate and operational positions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage qualified candidates across multiple channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate hiring steps with hiring managers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and maintain talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality hiring that aligns with Innova Pharmacy’s values and service standards.

Required profile

• Proven full‑life cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, selection and onboarding.
• Strong hiring and interviewing capabilities with a focus on competency and cultural fit.
• Experience in employer branding and promoting an organization’s value proposition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Retail, healthcare or pharmacy recruitment experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial.
