Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will design and execute recruitment strategies that attract high‑quality candidates for all business functions. This role combines workforce planning, talent pipelining, employer branding, and market intelligence while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition from workforce planning through onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to define current and future hiring needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Publish and manage job ads on LinkedIn, professional boards, and recruitment platforms.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, assessments, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Prepare evaluation reports, manage salary benchmarking, and lead offer negotiations.
• Oversee background verification, pre‑employment documentation, and seamless onboarding.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at university fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and continuously improve processes through data analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition or corporate recruitment experience.
• Experience in real estate, construction, engineering, or property development is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
