About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Working within the Tamheer program, the role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting with pre‑boarding activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Source and screen candidates using appropriate channels and tools.
- Schedule interviews, communicate timelines, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular progress updates.
- Support candidate experience by guiding applicants through pre‑boarding and onboarding steps.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Registered in the Tamheer program via the Taqat platform.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
