Talent Acquisition Trainee – Tamheer Program (Riyadh)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Trainee will join Chalhoub Group’s HR team in Riyadh, supporting the recruitment process across the organization. This position is part of the Tamheer Program, designed for recent graduates eager to start a career in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the TA team to understand job requirements and attend briefing meetings with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Create engaging job adverts and distribute them across relevant job portals.
• Develop longlists of matching candidates and review them with the TA team.
• Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews, while providing timely feedback to candidates and recruiters.
• Maintain accurate reports and ensure compliance with recruitment systems for each role.
• Utilise selection tools such as competency‑based interviews, assessment centres, and psychometric evaluations.
• Build and maintain a proactive pool of qualified candidates for critical positions.
• Support other HR projects that involve talent acquisition as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Fluent English with excellent communication abilities.
• Eligibility to participate in the Tamheer Program.
