Talent Partner – Middle East (Riyadh)

About the role

Adobe is hiring its first dedicated Talent Partner for the Middle East, based in Riyadh. This ground‑floor position will shape the region’s talent acquisition strategy, focusing on Go‑to‑Market functions and building an early‑careers pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Adobe’s first dedicated TA presence in the Middle East and define best‑in‑class hiring practices.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into hiring strategies and advise on role design.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for experienced and early‑career roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build Adobe’s university recruiting program, creating pipeline initiatives and campus partnerships.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, track metrics, ensure compliance with local regulations, and champion inclusive hiring.

Required profile

• Extensive full‑cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record in the Middle East market.
• Demonstrated success hiring across Go‑to‑Market functions at multiple levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and shape hiring strategies.
• Builder mindset – comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and establishing processes.
• Exposure to university recruiting or early‑careers programs is a plus.
