Tax and Legal – Pursuit and Proposal Manager

About the role

The Pursuit and Proposal Manager will join the regional Business Development team of PwC’s Academy Middle East, supporting the Tax, Legal and Services (TLS) Business Development Director and partners. The role focuses on managing pursuit opportunities across multiple jurisdictions, developing propositions, and ensuring high‑quality proposal delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the TLS BD Director and partners in managing pursuit opportunities across jurisdictions.
• Drive proposition development and project‑manage proposals in collaboration with technical teams.
• Source, write, and organise collateral, knowledge, and insights to create tailored winning solutions.
• Engage with TLS Business Development, BU/country partners and key stakeholders to confirm and support proposals.
• Collect and structure information for first‑draft proposals, assess client requirements, and ensure completeness of proposal documents.
• Project‑manage internal resources for strategic proposals and maintain knowledge‑management assets such as resume libraries, project reference databases, pricing tools, and templates.
• Utilise the firm’s CRM (Salesforce) to report on wins and losses and align with BD processes.
• Develop standardised templates, PowerPoint macros, and industry‑specific CVs for the Tax team.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting business development and proposal activities.
• Familiarity with cross‑jurisdictional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.
• Ability to work with technical delivery teams to extract industry expertise.
