Team Leader – Bakery Production

About the role
Almarai is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage a bakery shift in Al Kharj. You will coordinate production activities, ensure schedules are met, and uphold the company’s high quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and supervise the assigned shift to meet production plans.
- Define and monitor quality standards and budgetary controls.
- Lead operators to work efficiently within safety and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Bakery or Food Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar bakery leadership role.
- Hands‑on experience in bread and pastry production.
- Background in microbiology.

- Microbiology knowledge.
- Bakery production expertise.
