Team Leader, Showroom Sales

About the role

The Team Leader, Showroom Sales will drive the performance of the showroom team, ensuring sales targets, optimal stock levels, and high customer satisfaction. You will coordinate daily operations, develop sales strategies, and act as the primary liaison between the showroom and other business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and guide the team in implementing effective showroom sales strategies.
• Lead product demonstrations, monitor product displays, and ensure the showroom is organized and up‑to‑date.
• Oversee sales follow‑up processes, including payment entry, invoice issuance, deal closure, and documentation of installed sites.
• Drive the team to meet annual sales objectives by volume, value, and pricing.
• Coordinate with merchandising, brand management, logistics and other departments to create cohesive product displays and concepts.
• Maintain accurate customer records, produce regular sales reports, and analyse market and competitor activity.
• Enforce in‑store security, health and safety procedures.

• Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on fair performance assessment and coaching.
• Capability to take full responsibility for showroom operations and deliver results.
