Team Leader – Supplier Relationship

About the role

NADEC is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive supplier relationship management across its supply chain. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening supplier partnerships, ensuring performance excellence, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
• Lead SRM activities, including regular supplier performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Units to resolve supplier‑related issues.
• Analyze procurement data and spending trends to inform business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for supplier performance.
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, development, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify supplier risks and implement corrective and continuous‑improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder‑management, and contract‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage supplier performance, KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
