Team Leader - Supplier Relationship

About the role

NADEC Foods is looking for a Team Leader to drive supplier relationship management across its supply chain. You will strengthen supplier performance, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Lead SRM activities and conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Business Units to resolve supplier issues.
• Analyse supplier data, spending trends and develop dashboards and management reports.
• Support onboarding, qualification, development and improvement of suppliers.
• Identify supplier risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and contract management abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
