Technical Account Manager

About the role

Join UiPath’s Enterprise Success team as a Technical Account Manager, helping the world’s largest enterprises automate their operations and unlock business value. You will act as the trusted technical advisor for strategic customers, guiding them through platform adoption and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical success of assigned customers, driving adoption and delivering business value on the UiPath platform.
• Provide architecture, installation, upgrade planning, and troubleshooting guidance for complex automation environments.
• Conduct design and code reviews, technical health checks, and risk assessments to ensure best‑practice implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Support and subject‑matter experts to resolve escalated incidents and improve platform stability.
• Deliver technical advisory through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements, and help customers build self‑sufficient automation pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical, customer‑facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex technical projects.
• Self‑motivated, proactive team player with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required skills

• .NET development (C#, C++, VB, Java, Python, PowerShell).
• Hands‑on experience with UiPath or other intelligent automation platforms.
• SaaS and Cloud technical expertise.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical education.
