Technical Program Manager, AI Delivery (Dammam)

About the role

Cohere, a security-first enterprise AI company building foundation AI models and end-to-end products, is looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager (Technical Program Manager) for its customer-facing Engineering Program Management team. The role is open to candidates based in Dammam. You will act as the technical voice of Cohere for customers, working with Strategic Customers, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Platform, Product and Go-to-Market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and objectively across the tech organization, Cohere teams, leadership and strategic customers and external partners
• Break down complex issues into strategies, aligning engineering with product, business and marketing
• Create and manage program/project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks and drive organizational alignment
• Ensure on-time delivery, identify development needs and set checkpoints for status updates
• Proactively resolve issues, coordinate cross-functional dependencies and prioritize impacts on schedule and product quality

Required profile

• At least 5 years as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager, with at least 3 years in customer-facing technical delivery and operations for enterprise-grade AI software or machine learning solutions
• Knowledge or experience with LLM training or optimization is a key differentiator
• Experience shipping technical products to internal or external customers with cross-functional teams, tracking and reporting across work streams with owners in different time zones
• Comfortable holding leaders and individual contributors accountable, assertive yet diplomatic
