Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our remote network and support a partner company in Saudi Arabia. You will own end‑to‑end hiring processes for technology, engineering and business functions, connecting top talent with high‑impact positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement for technical and business roles.
• Translate client hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify, attract and evaluate candidates across software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data and leadership domains.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical fit, experience and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and sustain long‑term talent pipelines and candidate relationships.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve hiring efficiency and success rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches and maintain high candidate experience standards.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate fit.
