About the role

The Technical Sales Manager will lead and manage technical sales operations and bids from order receipt through contract award, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Analyze RFQs, tender documents, drawings and Bill of Quantities to define project requirements.
Prepare and review pricing proposals, technical and commercial bids, and oversee cost estimation.
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to guarantee bid accuracy.
Lead technical and commercial negotiations with clients, contractors and consultants.
Develop new business opportunities and contribute to sales targets.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong practical experience in technical sales and bid management for engineering projects.
Advanced knowledge of MEP systems, technical specifications and Bill of Quantities.
Proven negotiation and client‑management abilities.
