Technical Services Specialist

About the role

The Technical Services Specialist will join Abbott's Core Diagnostic team in Riyadh, providing expert field service for medical devices. You will work independently under limited supervision, applying deep technical knowledge to support customers and ensure product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Apply subject‑matter expertise in Medical Device Field Service to assess and implement product solutions.
• Perform technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements according to customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, determine solutions, and recommend actions to customers or internal teams.
• Assess product needs, conduct technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Act as the on‑site representative for customers, supporting their organization members directly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• License from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) or equivalent.
