About the role
Abbott is hiring a Technical Services Specialist for its Riyadh location in Core Diagnostic, within the Diagnostics division. The role is an experienced professional individual contributor who applies subject-matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service, with 100% travel required.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze product implementations, modifications and enhancements according to customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, determine technical solutions and recommend actions to company or customer representatives.
- Assess product needs in line with customer specifications.
- Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors and company representatives.
- Act as the local on-site representative to the customer's organization.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering.
- Licence from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Experience as an experienced professional individual contributor working under limited supervision.
