Technical Support Engineer Graduate – Saudi National

About the role

Danfoss Arabia is looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer Graduate to join its Climate Solutions team in Saudi Arabia. You will work directly with customers across a range of critical cooling applications, helping them improve energy efficiency, reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support specification, selection and troubleshooting of compressors, line components and electronic controllers for HVAC/R applications.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to customers and end‑users, answering product and application queries.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to facilitate product adoption.
• Document test results, technical findings and recommendations in clear reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams on product improvements and new product development.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Recent Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Solid understanding of basic physics and mathematics concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of compressor systems.
• Experience with HVAC/R equipment.
• Familiarity with electronic controllers.
