Telesales Agent – B2C Phone Sales (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Agent to join our team in Jeddah. The role focuses on B2C phone‑based selling of subscription services, converting inbound and outbound leads into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
• Present and sell subscription‑based services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
• Convert leads into active subscribers through effective communication and objection handling.
• Follow up with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right subscription offer.
• Close deals directly during calls using structured sales techniques.
• Track calls, leads, and outcomes using Google Sheets or CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales status.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high call quality.
• Continuously improve performance based on feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or call‑based sales.
• Proven B2C sales experience with strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Confident communicator able to handle objections and work under pressure.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong listening skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Comfortable operating call systems or dialers.
