Telesales Executive (On-site, Dammam)

About the role

The Tele Sales Executive at ARENA RISE is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dammam. You will engage both outbound and inbound calls, present products and services, and turn leads into sales while delivering high‑quality customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer issues.
• Update customer records and track call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to script and outreach improvements.
• Follow company policies, maintain professionalism, and support a results‑focused team environment.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written communication with active listening skills.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to manage inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Sales and lead‑generation capability to identify prospects, qualify leads, and close deals.
• Motivation to work toward targets, handle rejection professionally, and thrive in a high‑volume calling environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior tele‑sales or call‑center experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; Malayalam is beneficial for the local customer base.
