About the role

Rize is a rent‑now‑pay‑later platform transforming the rental market in Saudi Arabia. As a Tele‑Sales Specialist (B2B) you will lead the growth of strategic partnerships with real‑estate brokers, brokerage offices, and property developers, promoting the RNPL solution to accelerate leasing and increase partner revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with real‑estate brokers and developers.
• Promote RNPL solutions as a tool to accelerate leasing and increase partner revenue.
• Drive B2B2C sales, negotiate agreements, and onboard new partners.
• Grow existing accounts through higher usage, expansion, and upselling.
• Train and enable partners to maximize adoption and performance.
• Monitor and improve application, approval, and contract conversion rates.
• Manage sales pipeline and partner relationships through CRM systems.
• Conduct regular partner meetings and achieve monthly sales and partnership targets.
• Track performance and provide regular reports against KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of B2B sales, telesales, partnership or account management experience in the real‑estate market.
• Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, FinTech, leasing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive partner growth.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi real‑estate ecosystem, including brokers, developers, and leasing processes.
• Excellent telesales, negotiation, objection‑handling, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience presenting solution‑based products and managing the full sales cycle remotely.
