Tender Operation Specialist

About the role

The Tender Operation Specialist will oversee all operational aspects of tender activities in the Saudi Arabian market. You will coordinate with internal teams, agents, and governmental entities to ensure compliance and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage tender demand in collaboration with the Tender Sales Team and market agents.
• Monitor stock levels of governmental customers to avoid expiries and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain and analyse tender data, update dashboards, and track sales versus budget.
• Coordinate rolling tender forecasts with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee tender and LPO operations, ensuring timely processing and accurate invoicing.
• Review incoming LPOs, provide supply‑chain feedback, and manage order fulfillment with agents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supply‑chain communications with NUPCO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in written, read and spoken Arabic and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business operations, from demand planning to supply.
• Strong understanding of governmental procurement processes in KSA.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
