Tendering Engineer Pricing & Estimation

About the role

We are seeking a Tendering Engineer specialized in pricing and estimation to join our construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals for infrastructure, building, and pipeline works.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review tender documents and technical specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs and quantity take‑offs for various projects.
• Draft and submit technical and commercial proposals, ensuring market‑aligned pricing.
• Support bid preparation and coordinate with the estimation team.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in tendering and estimation within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of market pricing and contract review.
