Test and Quality Lead

About the role

Decide what qualified means for our products and hold the line on quality. Nothing ships to a customer without passing the standards you define, and you own the answer when a unit returns from the field.

Key responsibilities

• Own the qualification programme covering thermal, electrical, mechanical, environmental and reliability tests.
• Define acceptance criteria for every SKU and revision and the test coverage that proves them.
• Build and run test rigs, instrumentation and data capture behind qualification gates.
• Lead failure analysis and corrective‑action processes, including FMEA and returned‑unit teardown.
• Track field reliability and feed insights back into design, manufacturing and supplier decisions.
• Maintain auditable qualification records for customer procurement audits.

Required profile

• Five or more years of experience in hardware test, quality or reliability engineering.
• Proven ability to write qualification plans from scratch and defend them to customers or auditors.
• Hands‑on expertise with instrumentation and data capture (thermal, power, flow, vibration) and subsequent analysis.
• Strong root‑cause analysis discipline; not satisfied with symptoms.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
• Additional experience in environmental/industrial qualification, statistical process control, reliability modelling, test automation or scripting is useful but not required.
