Ticketing Agent – Airline Reservations (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Ticketing Agent to join our client’s team in Riyadh. You will manage airline reservations, ticket issuance, re‑issuance, refunds and related travel services using the Amadeus GDS, while ensuring compliance with airline policies, IATA regulations and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable flight options.
• Create, modify and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in Amadeus.
• Issue, re‑issue, void and refund tickets according to fare rules.
• Calculate airfare, taxes, surcharges and service fees accurately.
• Explain fare rules and ticket conditions to customers.
• Monitor schedule changes and coordinate alternative travel arrangements.
• Process ancillary services such as seat selection, extra baggage and special service requests.
• Verify passenger information and travel documents before ticket issuance.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve reservation issues.
• Prepare daily reports on reservations, ticketing, cancellations and refunds.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in airline reservations and ticketing, preferably in a travel agency.
• Proficiency with the Amadeus GDS reservation system.
• Amadeus and/or IATA certification preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
