Total Rewards Consultant – Compensation & International Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical Total Rewards Consultant to support a multi‑cluster project in the health sector. The role focuses on compensation analysis, internal equity, salary scale alignment, and international recruitment pay positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large, complex workforce datasets across clusters, employee groups, grades, specialties, and nationalities.
• Assess pay alignment against approved salary scales, identify gaps, compression risks, outliers, and cost‑efficiency opportunities.
• Support international recruitment by reviewing proposed pay levels for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals across source markets.
• Ensure compensation offers are competitive, financially controlled, and aligned with the overall strategy.
• Produce executive‑level reports and governance recommendations for future hiring, transfers, and salary decisions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in compensation analysis, internal equity, and salary scale mapping.
• Hands‑on expertise with compa‑ratio analysis, market benchmarking, job/grade alignment, and workforce cost modelling.
• Background in healthcare, government, semi‑government, or large transformation environments is highly preferred.
