Trade & Commercial Operations Specialist – Middle East

About the role

The Trade & Commercial Operations Specialist supports the trade and commercial functions of a biopharmaceutical business across the Middle East. Based in Riyadh, the role ensures smooth execution of supply‑chain activities, tendering processes and provides operational support to senior commercial leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support supply & demand planning, record and track related data, and manage inventory levels.
• Oversee the full Purchase Order‑to‑invoice lifecycle with distributors, handling pricing, batch and quantity discrepancies.
• Maintain master data and pricing, perform deep‑dive analyses to aid trade operations.
• Ensure timely submission of RFQs, manage tender processes end‑to‑end and monitor performance.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Director, including travel arrangements and presentation preparation.

Required profile

• Prior experience in supply chain, trade operations or operations support is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while handling high transaction volumes and tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills to meet governance, audit and archiving requirements.
