Trainer – Learning and Development in Retail Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to lead Learning and Development initiatives for retail customer service teams in Khobar and Riyadh. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost employee performance and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis.
• Design and deliver classroom and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
• Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e‑learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and mentoring to support skill development.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in content creation and instructional design.
• Proven ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes.
