Training and Development Manager - Fashion Retail

About the role

Hinna Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Training and Development Manager to join its fashion retail team. The role covers designing and running training programs, building employees' skills and competencies, and helping teams deliver excellent customer service and meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies and programs aligned with retail targets.
• Identify training needs and assess employee development requirements across retail operations.
• Deliver in-person and digital training sessions, workshops and store-level onboarding.
• Monitor training effectiveness, operational execution and frontline performance metrics.
• Support the professional growth, coaching and career development of retail teams.

Required profile

• Proven training and development experience of at least 4 years, ideally in fashion retail or commercial multi-brand retail.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to design, adapt and deliver training curricula for diverse retail teams.
• Passion for employee development, elevated guest experiences and continuous improvement.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across stores and regional offices in the MENA and GCC regions.
