Head of Training & Talent Development Department

About the role

A leading property company based in Jeddah is looking for a Head of Training & Talent Development to lead a group-level team reporting to the CHRO. The role leads the design and execution of training programmes and talent development strategies, enhancing the skills and performance of teams within the property industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training and development strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Identify skills gaps and create tailored training programmes to address them.
• Lead the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads so that training aligns with business needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and adjust them where needed.
• Oversee talent management processes, including succession planning and career development frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in training and development.
• Manage and inspire a team of training professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven expertise in training and talent development within the property industry.
• Experience designing and implementing successful training programmes.
• Knowledge of best practices in employee development and succession planning.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication and collaboration skills, with a results-driven, strategic mindset.

What we offer

• Permanent position with a competitive salary of AED 432,000 to AED 528,000 per year.
