Training and Sales Capability Assistant Manager

About the role

Hungerstation is looking for a Training and Sales Capability Assistant Manager to design, implement and oversee a comprehensive sales enablement framework across its Commercial division. You will ensure that Acquisition, Account Management, Telesales and Incubation teams have the skills, product knowledge and strategic competencies needed to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll‑out a structured sales capability framework aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
• Create specialised learning paths for each sales sub‑function and translate product updates into clear playbooks.
• Lead high‑impact training sessions, workshops and onboarding programmes, producing manuals, digital assets and assessment tools.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses, measure programme effectiveness and report insights to senior leadership.
• Use CRM and BI data to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and develop targeted interventions.
• Support strategic projects such as new vertical launches, geographic expansions and incentive scheme design.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales capability or training programmes in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales performance data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with Product, Tech and Sales Excellence teams.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training content and facilitate “train‑the‑trainer” sessions.
