Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will curate knowledge and growth at Faena Red Sea, designing immersive programs that embody the Faena philosophy. This role blends service excellence, cultural storytelling, and innovative learning to inspire teams across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a property‑specific training strategy aligned with Faena’s brand DNA and Saudi cultural nuances.
• Partner with executives and department heads to translate organizational goals into learning priorities.
• Curate and deliver a portfolio of programs covering service rituals, brand storytelling, technical, compliance, and leadership development.
• Build immersive learning journeys for all employee lifecycle stages using workshops, simulations, coaching, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to identify high‑potential talent and support succession planning.
• Equip leaders with coaching resources and embed development into daily operations.
• Leverage LMS platforms and digital solutions to ensure accessibility and scalability.
• Measure impact through engagement metrics, feedback, performance KPIs, and talent needs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, Saudization, health & safety, and Faena’s global standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in Learning & Development or Training within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality, Organizational Psychology, or related field is advantageous.
