Steward – Utility Cleaner

About the role

The Steward (Utility Cleaner) supports essential hotel operations at the St. Regis Red Sea Resort. Working across kitchen, food‑and‑beverage, and laundry areas, you will ensure that guests enjoy clean linen, spotless dining ware, and well‑maintained facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present fresh linen and clean dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dish‑washing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
• Transport dishware and linens between departments efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform overhead and low‑reach tasks.

Required profile

• No high‑school diploma or GED required.
• No prior related work experience necessary.
• No supervisory experience or licenses needed.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Operation of dish‑washing machines.
• Operation of linen washers and dryers.
• Use of hand‑wash stations and basic cleaning equipment.
