Translator - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English translator to help train AI chat‑bot models. You will interact with the bots, assess their performance, and create new conversation scenarios to improve their linguistic capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in conversations with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to gauge their progress.
• Design and write novel dialogue scenarios that teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate the bots’ outputs for correctness, logic, and overall performance.
• Provide diverse and complex problem sets to challenge the models.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Based in Saudi Arabia and able to work independently as a contractor.
