Transportation Coordinator – Fleet Management

About the role
The Transportation Coordinator will oversee the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring safe, efficient and cost‑effective operations while maintaining compliance with internal policies and traffic regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle utilisation.
- Track fuel consumption and keep accurate records.
- Maintain vehicle documentation, including registrations, insurance, maintenance and driver records.
- Handle accident documentation and process insurance claims.
- Organise driver induction and safety training sessions.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain transportation records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in fleet or transportation coordination.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with fleet management systems.
