Transportation Supervisor – Saudi Arabia to GCC

About the role

Ejabi Group, a leading wholesaler of ceiling and partition systems across the GCC and East Africa, is looking for an experienced Transportation Supervisor for its Saudi Arabia branch. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring road transportation activities from Saudi Arabia to other GCC countries, ensuring timely loading, dispatch and delivery of shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate road transportation from Saudi Arabia to GCC destinations.
• Daily liaison with transport companies, truck drivers, factories, warehouses, customs agents and internal logistics teams.
• Arrange the required number of trucks based on production schedules and shipment readiness.
• Monitor loading at supplier factories and track shipments until final delivery.
• Proactively follow up on shipment status, resolve issues and report delays, breakdowns or other operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with customs clearance teams to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Ensure all transportation and shipping documents are complete, accurate and properly filed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delivery delays.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in GCC road transportation or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of road transportation regulations between Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
• Proven ability to coordinate with transport companies, drivers, factories, warehouses and customs agents.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis and transportation tracking.
