About the role
The Vehicle Clearance Officer (GRO) will manage all vehicle registration and clearance activities for a leading automotive company in Al Ahsa. This position ensures smooth interaction with government authorities and supports the branch’s vehicle‑related administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle vehicle registration and clearance procedures.
- Process government‑related transactions and official documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities to ensure timely completion of required procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support the branch with vehicle‑related administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in vehicle registration, traffic procedures, or government relations, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with government platforms and official procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
