Vice President – M&A, Investment Banking

About the role

We are looking for a Vice President to join our Riyadh investment‑banking team. You will work closely with senior management and coverage teams to identify and execute strategic M&A opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures and strategic investments.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients and external advisers throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Build and review detailed financial models (DCF, trading and transaction comparables, merger models, accretion/dilution and scenario analysis).
• Conduct valuation analysis, develop transaction structures and strategic alternatives.
• Prepare high‑quality pitch books, board presentations, teasers and information memoranda.
• Support senior bankers in client discussions and progressively own client interactions and workstreams.
• Identify and develop M&A opportunities from the bank’s balance‑sheet, corporate banking and existing client relationships.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of investment‑banking experience with strong M&A execution exposure.
• Proven track record across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with mid‑market and/or large‑cap transactions; GCC experience is a plus.
