Vice President of Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Operations will join the executive leadership team to shape and execute the company’s operational strategy. Reporting to the CEO, this senior leader will drive efficiency, innovation and performance across all operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee daily performance of all operational units and establish KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Lead long‑term strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Drive process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Implement best practices in supply chain and logistics to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Manage workforce planning, talent development and mentorship of operational leaders.
• Present operational insights and recommendations to the board and executive team.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive operations management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering operational strategies that improve performance and efficiency.
• Strong financial management background with budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
