About the role

Our client is a government‑aligned development entity that delivers large‑scale tourism and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The Vice President – Project Development will lead the end‑to‑end development of these projects, from feasibility studies through investment approval and early execution.

Key responsibilities

Lead project development from feasibility through investment approval and early execution stages.
Manage master planning, financial modelling and development strategy to ensure commercial viability.
Align and coordinate stakeholders, including government entities, advisors and delivery partners.
Support portfolio‑level planning, prioritisation and preparation of projects for investors.

Required profile

Senior experience in project development, infrastructure or large‑scale real‑estate environments.
Proven track record with feasibility studies, investment case preparation and stakeholder management.
Strong credibility in government‑facing roles and strategic thinking.
Experience on Saudi mega or giga projects is highly advantageous.
